1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
1 tbsp vanilla
1 large can of pumpkin puree
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 large bag of milk chocolate, chocolate chips
First, cream the butter and sugar (I actually melted the butter down a bit, and it was AMAZING!). Add the eggs one at a time, and then mix in the vanilla and the pumpkin puree.
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and spice. (I mixed them without sifting and it was fine). Mix in with the wet ingredients, adding it slowly. Once fully mixed, stir in the chocolate chips. It will look like this:
Take some cookie pans (you are going to need more then one, trust me) and grease them up with some non-stick spray. Take the cookie mix and put it on there (I use a melon baller, but a spoon is fine). Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. (I had to cook mine for 17).
