Loss

 

My grandmother (my mom’s mom) died when my mom was only 18. So I never met her…and neither did my dad, my brother’s, or any of my cousin’s. She is buried in Vermont on a hilltop, and this is her view:

This past summer my ENTIRE family went up, and it was more then a little incredible to see her kids, and my brother and cousins standing around her grave.

Even though she’s gone, generations of her family move on, and live their lives….but she will NEVER be forgotten. ❤
